Classes, recordings & media consent

1. Advance notice and separate permission

The current website does not capture your microphone, camera or class participation. Before a live session is recorded, participants must receive a clear notice describing what is captured, why, who can view it and the access period. Recording should begin only after the permissions required for the session and jurisdiction are obtained. Browsing this page is not recording consent.

2. What may appear in a class recording

Depending on the announced format, a recording may include the instructor, shared slides or screen, voices, display names, video and chat. Do not show brokerage credentials, account numbers, balances or third-party personal information. The organizer must explain available participation choices before the session; camera-off does not by itself prevent your voice or name from appearing.

3. Replay audience and duration

A replay made for enrolled learners must be restricted to the audience and access period stated in the program agreement. Replay access does not mean indefinite storage, permanent ownership or permission to distribute the recording. The retention and deletion arrangements, including provider backups and any legal recordkeeping exceptions, must be defined before recording starts.

4. Public clips, photos and testimonials

Consent to a class replay is separate from permission to use your image, voice, questions or story in public advertising, social media or testimonials. Public promotional use needs a distinct, understandable release identifying the material, purpose and permitted use. Membership or attendance alone is not a blanket release.

Photos or clips from a dinner or private gathering require the announced permissions and respect for guests and the venue. No participant may secretly record another person or redistribute restricted sessions. Editing must preserve context, especially losses, simulated examples and statements about risk.

5. Concerns and future session documents

Use the published contact to raise a recording concern or ask about permissions. State the session and issue without forwarding sensitive recordings unnecessarily. Each active program will need a session notice and consent process; this page does not sign a release on your behalf or promise that all previously distributed copies can be recovered.
