Revision:

1. Enrollment requests and confirmation

This policy is a framework for professional review, not an individual enrollment agreement. Requests for the October 22 beginner program go to corp@orentraacademy.com. No subscription, deposit, application fee or course payment can be made on this website. Sending a request does not confirm a place. Obtain the written program terms, cancellation and refund policy, and verified payment instructions before paying; ORENTRA must confirm your enrollment in writing.

2. Separate products and written scope

A fixed-duration educational program and a recurring membership are different purchases. Buying one must not silently enroll you in the other. CORE, PRO and BLACK describe planned memberships; MASTERY and PRIVATE DESK describe separate planned programs. The beginner program is also a separately scoped educational offer.

Before any purchase, the order and agreement must identify the seller, program, currency, total price and taxes or fees, payment schedule, delivery dates, number and length of sessions, language, instructors, support boundaries and access period. Premium offerings need an individual scope of services; a title such as PRIVATE DESK does not include investment management or unlimited founder access.

3. Renewal and cancellation

An annual price described as a monthly equivalent must clearly show the full amount due upfront. No recurring charge should begin without separate, affirmative authorization to the renewal terms. Renewal reminders, price-change notices and a usable cancellation method must be implemented before recurring billing opens.

For a future online subscription, cancellation must be available online without obstructive steps, as applicable law requires. Stopping the next renewal is different from requesting a refund or immediately ending access already paid for. The agreement must state the paid-through date and effects of cancellation. There is no functioning subscription to cancel on this version.

4. Refunds, transfers and canceled delivery

No blanket “all sales final” rule is in force here. A specific refund window, eligibility rules, request channel, processing procedure and any legally permitted limits must be published and presented before payment. Applicable cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain intact. This framework does not invent a refund period that has not been approved.

The final agreement must explain what happens if ORENTRA cancels a program, materially changes delivery, an instructor is unavailable, or a participant misses a class. Any rescheduling, substitute delivery, credit, transfer or refund option must be stated clearly and must not replace rights that the law makes mandatory.

5. Access, recordings and support

The program agreement must distinguish live teaching from replay access and membership services. Access to recordings does not extend the teaching calendar or create an ongoing coaching obligation. An optional question period is not a promise of extra teaching every week. Planned technology is not a paid inclusion until implemented and expressly included.

6. Payment concerns and protections

Only use the official checkout when one is announced and verified. ORENTRA does not request trading capital, brokerage credentials or payments to unlock promised profits. A future payment dispute must be reviewed through the published support channel; contacting us does not remove your rights with a payment provider or under applicable law.
