Community & private club guidelines

1. Purpose and availability

The proposed community and private traders club are educational and social environments for discussing markets, economics and process. They are not an investment fund, capital-raising venue, brokerage desk or investment-advice service. The club remains in development; no venue, event date or admission is guaranteed by this page.

2. Respect, safety and participation

Treat participants, guests, staff and venue teams respectfully. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, doxxing and pressure to trade are not acceptable. Do not request passwords, collect money for purported investment opportunities or promote unapproved paid services to participants. Criticism and disagreement should focus on ideas without attacking people.

3. Privacy, contributions and sharing

Do not share another person’s identity, private questions, contact details, account screenshots or messages without appropriate permission. Use anonymized examples and respect content rights. Participants retain their own contributions; any permission needed to display a future post must be explained before posting. These guidelines do not grant an unlimited marketing license over your image or work.

4. Guests, invitations and outside brands

ORENTRA members and invited 888 SOCIETY guests may be considered for future events under the conditions announced for each gathering. An invitation is not automatic membership in either organization. It does not authorize cross-marketing, data transfer or solicitation of investments. Venue rules, accessibility arrangements, capacity, age restrictions and any food, beverage or attendance costs must be disclosed for the specific event.

5. Moderation, reports and fair treatment

Before community access opens, ORENTRA must identify moderators and a reporting route. Report a safety or privacy concern privately through the published contact, giving only the details needed to investigate. Do not post accusations or sensitive evidence in a public discussion. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.

The proposed moderation process allows proportionate warnings, content restriction or temporary suspension where necessary to protect participants. Affected participants should receive an explanation and a way to request review when lawful and safe. Any permanent termination, paid-access effect or refund must follow the accepted agreement and applicable rights; reporting a concern is not grounds for retaliation.
